An Uncluttered Mind, by Marie MacIntyre

Father, I thank Thee
For an uncluttered mind:
The ability to think love
When others are unkind.

The ability to thank You
For what you've done:
To remember the deeds
of Your precious Son.

With Wonder I watch
What each day does bring:
The beauty of trees,
And the birds that sing.

The beauty of flowers
Around me grow:
The beauty to see
Is Thy gift, I know.
