Forward, by Byron MacIntyre
To my Loved ones here on Earth:
Remember that blessed relief from this world's turmoil, sickness and old age, is God's gift of sleep!
When at long last I lay down my life, you may hear my last breath, yet I die not. I simply lose my mind in blessed sleep which is God's gift to us all, to awaken in a better spiritual life where I will be waiting for you all, to guide, comfort and love you all the more.
Death is not the end, it is the beginning of a new and better life, which we all will go to sleep to experience.
God meant for us all to live full and loving lives here on Earth and to try to do our best to make it a little better place by our being here than it was before we came.
Every good deed we do to others is a step to improve our loved ones' lives, as well as make the world better.
Nightly we sleep to arise refreshed in the morning to bravely face another day of worry, toil, and life which new hope and love, so guard each day as though it was your last sight you will have on this world of the things and people you love.
Do not be afraid to express your love, even for material things, for without love of life, things, and people, you are not living at all, and in the bright hereafter you will be alone.
Most of all, never become so mixed up in life that you cannot say a thank you prayer for all the bounties God and life have given you.
Above all, remember that you are alive only because millions of your ancestors lived, loved, and passed on to you every fiber of your being, so even if you think you are something special, remember that it took a lot of living and experiences of your remote and present relatives to give you the power to do all the great things you will accomplish in your lifetime.
Be thankful for your physical body and mind, for man alone has the capability to do things in this life that can help or harm his or her descendants, for in a few short years you will join the ranks of possibly forgotten ancestors which will bear the future races of mankind.
Most of all, give a lot of love in your lifetime, for after all is said and done, love is the only lasting thing you will be able to pass on to your children and grandchildren, that they will remember.
To all my loving children, and my loving wife, I say, not ever goodbye, but see you in the morning.

Thank You, Lord, by Marie MacIntyre
Thank you Lord, for another day.
A day for which my heart can say,
Thank you, Lord.
For I've things to do, work to finish
So I can come to you.
A world has need for those who care,
For wants and needs are everywhere.
So Lord, use my life as you would do,
For all my life is dedicated to you.
